Practically every culture on the face of the earth displays the mask as an art form; for some it is a tribal art tradition. Masks are part of our collective artistic manifestation and allow us to demonstrate emotions, feelings, political injustice and a whole range of passions that might be unsafe or unwise to reveal without this artistic mediation.
